Machine Operator - Full-time / Part-time

Medina, OH manufacturing company seeking Full Time Advanced Machine Operators

         $14.50/hr.

         Temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate

         Hiring 2nd, and 3rd shifts

 

Duties:

         Must meet all requirements of a GMO and TMO

         Must obtain all required licenses or certifications specified in the training guides

         Strong mechanical aptitude

         Strong trouble shooting ability and problem solving

         Able to operate/run all equipment, while ensuring quality, safety, and production standards

         Ensure satisfactory work is produced

         Ensure cleanliness and organization of job area

         Maintain daily communication with direct supervisor/lead and other shifts

         Assist in training new employees and personnel

         Comply with all documentation of quality inspection sheets

         Comply with company policies, practices, guidelines, and solutions

         Perform all other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

         Previous Manufacturing experience highly preferred but not required

         Ability to maintain a high energy level

         Strong attention to detailed routers/paperwork

         Must be a motivated self starter with the ability to work under direct supervision and follow instructions

         Good attendance is required and good work performance history

         Strong communication skills, analytical abilities and ability to multi-task

         Must be able to effectively prioritize work and multi-task as needed

         Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
