Machine Operator - Full-time / Part-time

  Medina, OH manufacturing company seeking Full Time Machine Operators

         $12.00/hr. (increase upon hire for 2nd and 3rd shifts)

         Temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate

         Hiring 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts

 

Duties:

         Able to operate/run all equipment, perform set ups, while ensuring quality, safety, and production standards

         Competency demonstrated for all functions designated by the operation specific training guide

         Able to understand, interpret, and complete all in process documentation including but not limited to Control Plans, work instructions and process routers

         Able to use all gages specified in the control panel

         General computer knowledge of Microsoft windows

         Ensure cleanliness and organization of job area

         Maintain daily communication with direct supervisor/lead and other shifts

         Help in training new employees

         Comply with policies, practices, guidelines, and solutions

         All other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

         Previous Manufacturing experience highly preferred but not required

         Ability to maintain a high energy level

         Strong attention to detailed routers

         Must be a motivated self starter with the ability to work under direct supervision and follow instructions

         Good attendance is required

         Strong communication skills, analytical abilities and ability to multi-task

         Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
