CNC Operator - Full-time / Part-time

Orlando Company Needs Experienced CNC Lathe Operators that can work a First Shift!

The Reserves Network is a full service staffing firm specializing in light industrial, manufacturing, and office placement.  Our client is one of the most recognized manufacturers in Central Florida. We are seeking Full Time CNC Mazak Operators that can start work at 5:30AM.

Duties Include:

         Set up and Operate CNC Machines

         Maintain Quality

         Responsible for Safety

         Performs various Machine functions such as cutting, drilling, milling, boring of parts

         Set up machines depending on tooling requirements and control settings

         Mounts, aligns and secures tooling/attachments on machines

         Select and Install cutting tools in machine spindle

         Loads Control media or enters commands to retrieve pre-programmed instructions

         Calculate and set machine controls

         Trouble shoot and rework fixtures when needed

Requirements Include:

         High School Diploma or GED

         Able to read and interpret blueprints, planning sheets and related data

         2+ years experience operating a CNC Mazak/ Multi Axis Machines

         Lift up to 50lbs

         Able to use Tape Measure and Hand Tools

         Experienced with Geometric Dimensions and Tolerance

         Experienced in working with various materials

         Must pass client pre-screening process

         Able to stand on feet throughout shift
