About this job

A successful candidate must be able to cut, weigh and portion bone-in and boneless beef, pork, chicken, lamb and veal. Must also be able to maintain a clean and well stocked department and use, assemble, disassemble and clean all processing equipment and bandsaws before and after use. This job will require bending, lifting, twisting and standing for long periods of time. Must have the ability to lift or move 50lbs+. A cutting performance exercise will be requested.
