We have many positions available. We are growing fast and have opportunities available now.  Hours are part-time, mostly 9:30am-2:30pm daily, except Sundays.  Some positions can work towards full-time.  Specialized skills in any of the following is super helpful: organizing, packing, decorating, knowledge of art, antiques, collectibles, computer skills, photography, en eye for details. Starting pay is $10.50-$12.00 an hour.  Bonus opportunities and advancement in job duties possible.

Team Member:The Team Member position is responsible for providing world class customer service to clients while working closely with Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures. This position operates directly under the direction of the Manager-On-Duty. The position has direct interactions with clients and members of the public at-large.

Team Lead: Primary responsibilities include; the opportunity to train and supervise team members; develop and mentor the team through flawless planning, execution and cleaning of homes involved in Estate Sales or the planning and packing of homes involved in a move; monitor and reinforce company guidelines, policies and procedures on a daily basis.  Previous supervising experience is a plus.

Move Manager:  Managing the Client relationship from consultation to job completion; Resolution and follow-up of customer complaints; Scheduling of in-home and/or on-site consultations; Manage the signing of contracts and deposits received; Supervise on-site training of new hires; Conduct performance reviews, on-going training, coaching and performance management of current employees; Cultivate and foster a cohesive team environment by express, modeling and reinforcing the company culture and high customer service/solution based standards. 

Online Auction Team Member: Online Team Member is responsible for processing items for the online auction.  Includes taking photographs & writing detailed descriptions of items,, data entry. Will working closely with Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures. This position operates directly under the direction of the Manager-On-Duty. Attention to detail is a must.


Qualifications


Qualifications & Skills:
High School diploma or equivalent
Outstanding customer service skills
Professional attitude and demeanor
Experience in the fields of general labor or light warehouse helpful
Good hand-eye coordination
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment
Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Ability to get to job sites around North San Diego

Physical/Environmental Requirements:

•    Frequent walking,standing, bending, moving up & down
•    Stamina to lift 25 lbs
