Food Service Worker -- St. Peter's Hospital Albany NY -- Full Time Days - Grade 13
Under the direction of the Lead Food Service Worker and Food Service Manager, is responsible for:
* Preparation, assembly, and distribution/delivery of patient trays in a timely and sanitary manner while focusing on a consistently high level of customer service.
* Maintains dish room, wash dishes, utensils, pots and pans.
* Removes and disposes of trash properly.
Food service experience is required in one or more of the following areas:
* Food prep specific to special diets; tray line; sanitation; dishwashing; pot-washing; cashiering; grill cooking;
* Must be willing to work rotating weekends and holidays.
