SMT Machine Operator is responsible for the setup, run and complete production process relating to the operation of the SMT Production lines. This includes but not limited to, operation of all equipment, selecting & loading computer programs, and exercising preventative maintenance functions on the machines.
Functions:Machine Set-up Parts loading / Unloading for Feeders and Machines Machine Operation Loading the machine with the proper program and set up for the respective production job to be done Meet Daily Production Schedule 6S Lean Manufacturing Participation
Qualifications: Maximum 2 years experience Bilingual Previous experience with the operations & set up of equipment, including Universal HSP, GSM, Automotive Optical Inspection (AOI), & Vitronics and Heller ovens Safety Follow work instructions and focus to details Verification of Parts Identification Familiar with Electronics Industry Tools
