The Benefits Analyst researches, analyzes, evaluates, and administers corporate benefit plans and programs. This position monitors benefit trends in the business environment and must stay abreast of applicable benefits legislation. Responsibilities Compliance support for all benefit programs. 10% Conduct benefits orientation for new employees. 5% Research, analyze and administer wellness programs. 10% Research, review, analyze and administer Company's health and welfare benefit programs. 40% Review, analyze and administer Company's 401k plan. 35% Qualifications Education: Required: Bachelor Preferred: Bachelor; Business, Mathematics or other quantitative field Languages: Required: English Work Experience: Required: 2 - 4 years. Strong knowledge of benefit laws and regulations, including ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA; consumer driven health plans (CDHPs) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs); self-insured health plans; understanding of benefits billing process. MS Office Suite. Familiarity with various HR Information systems. Preferred: Workday HRIS.
