The Senior Manager Data Intelligence provides overall direction for the information and the management of the data required by the company in alignment between the business strategy and the various technologies deployed for the businesses. The IDA provides the enterprise perspective about the information and data in the business functional areas as well as in cross-business, cross-function, inter and intra domains, with an integrated scope for functions, processes, applications. The person owns operational and development processes for the identification of information, the design of data management solutions, the capture of data, and in the delivery of information to the business. The person maintains the strategic roadmap for the information and data architectures (blueprints) and provides information and data architecture governance to the enterprise portfolio of projects, as well as alignment with the overall organization architecture direction. Responsibilities Develop and maintain a strategic vision for the delivery of the enterprise data solutions based on key business drivers, such as the organization data warehouse and the business intelligence platforms. 15% Develop and maintain strategic and technology roadmaps for information and data. 5% Develop principles, strategies and frameworks on data governance and data management. 15% Effectively collaborates with stakeholders (business sponsors, IT, subject matter experts, domain owners, project management, etc.) to support the management decision and governance on the information and data architecture. 15% Ensure data standards and information framework compliance across the business. 10% Leads and owns the creation of conceptual and logical information and data architectures in the context of the overall enterprise business strategy. 20% Management of direct reports (reporting to the role). 15% Produce models to describe the artifacts, principles, frameworks and strategy. 5% Qualifications Education: Required: Bachelor Preferred: Master or Advanced; Quantitative field Languages: Required: English Work Experience: Required: Seven years of Information / Data Architecture in defining requirements and solutions.. Technical proficiency with database design, management, maintenance, and security.. Strong proficiency in MS Office. Preferred: Financial Services / Collections industry experience or experience working with business intelligence systems preferred.. Transformation experience desirable..
