* Proven track record of leading a small team
* Scheduling experience a MUST
* Excellent Customer Service: You truly believe the customer is always right and will do all measures to ensure their satisfaction.
* Must thrive and excel in a fast paced environment

* Strong computer skills is a MUST. Can navigate windows easily and learn new programs quickly. No exceptions here, you must be self-sufficient in handling complex computing tasks.

Home Instead Senior Care is heavily involved in the senior community. We hold fundraisers and offer educational classes so that our CAREGivers feel involved in what's happening locally and prepared for situations that might come up in the home. We collected, wrapped and delivered over 800 gifts to seniors in need during the Christmas season through our Be a Santa to a Senior Program.We offer 24 hour support from a live office staff member. Our 24 hour emergency line ensures employee are never left alone and can always count on the administration to back them when needed.

SCHEDULE
· Monday through Friday 8-5pm
· On-call as needed
