Kennel Tech - Part-time

NOW HIRING FOR MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 7AM - 1130AM SHIFT

($150 sign on bonus paid after working with us 3 months)

Part time and full time staff needed weekdays AM and PM shift, weekends, holidays.

Our TEAM knows dogs!

Please have prior experience working with a variety of breeds and all sizes of dogs. We will provide training but previous knowledge in an animal related job and a strong love for dogs and cats is a must. Our clients expect excellence in customer service therefore our team members need to be friendly, well-mannered and able to interact with our human clients in a professional and sunny way.

Typical schedule (but will vary): 7a-11a and 4p-7p

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

~Kennel and general cleaning~Scooping and cleaning of the play areas

~Interaction and play times with dogs~Feeding dogs

~Checking clients in/out, make boarding reservations~Bathing dogs

Requirements:

* Must LOVE dogs and cats

* Must have own reliable transportation to and from work

* Available to work most weekend and holidays * Must work holidays: Christmas/Christmas Eve, Thanksgiving, and New Years/New Years Eve

* Have great communication and customer service skills.

* Be punctual and responsible

* Be extremely reliable and honest

* Pass criminal/background and substance abuse check

* High comfort level with dogs of all sizes and breeds. We need people with a strong work ethic - people who aren't afraid of hard work and who like to stay busy and productive and don't mind rolling up their sleeves and getting dirty.
