Financial Analyst, IT Finance

Description:

• Responsible for helping develop the IT Annual Plan and Rolling Plan Forecasts.
• Partner with both IT Management as well as Divisional Finance Departments to build sound budgets and forecasts
• Prepare monthly and year-to-date management reports, analysis and feedback on financial performance and key performance measures
• Build and maintain complex financial models to support the budgeting process and various ad-hoc analyses
• Contribute to the development of the long range strategic plan
• Provide ad-hoc analyses and present them to IT and Finance Senior Management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in Financial Planning/Budget Analysis, management consulting or a directly related field
• Strong Financial Business Acumen
• Excellent professional written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrated aptitude with Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel skills
• Well-developed organization skills to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Strong analytical capabilities coupled with the ability to identify issues, obtain mutual agreement as to the resolution and implement change
• Must be proactive, high energy, detailed-oriented when appropriate, results-oriented, and willing to drive change
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple engagements and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment
• Ability to make sound decisions with minimal supervision
