FOOD & BEVERAGE: Cook: Full-time; the Cook is responsible for the preparation of all food items as per established menus and standardized/approved recipes; Ability to plan and organize work, interpret instructions, recipes, specifications and standards; Must be a self starter and have leadership skills; Minimum of 2 years experience as a cook in a hotel, restaurant, club, retirement facility, or similar situation preferred. Starting wage is negotiable, based on experience. Kitchen Aide/Food Prep: Full-time position. Responsible for assisting the cook in the preparation of specified menu items; assists with general cleaning and utility tasks in the kitchen and utility areas; assists with setting up, breaking down, and service in the AL Dining Room; assists with the receiving and checking in of stock deliveries; and other general duties as assigned.
