RN Nurse Liaison - Full-time

RN Nurse Liaison  Medical Facilities of America is hiring a RN Nurse Liaison for the Roanoke area. The Nurse Liaison educates patients, families and healthcare professionals about MFA's post-acute services in our Southwest VA centers. In working with the hospital's social services and discharge planning departments, physicians, case managers and insurance companies the Nurse Liaison will generate referrals for post-acute care. The Nurse Liaison conducts pre-admission patient assessments within the hospital, and helps coordinate patients care transition into our rehabilitation and skilled nursing centers.  The candidate must be a RN with a current Virginia license. Prior marketing/sales experience in the healthcare area is required and must be able to demonstrate professional selling skills.
