Roeliff Jansen Park Events Coordinator
The Town of Hillsdale, as Supervisors of the Roeliff Jansen Community Park, is accepting applications for the position of Roeliff Jansen Community Park Events Coordinator.
A self-motivated individual will:
•Promote the use of the Roeliff Jansen Park for appropriate Events
•Respond to all inquiries promptly
•Schedule on-site, face-to-face meetings with potential client(s)
•Oversee the contractual agreement between the Park and the Event client(s)
•Supervise Event set-up and clean-up as necessary
•Immediately notify the Town regarding any questions or violations of Event contract
•Provide monthly reports to the Hillsdale Town Board
