Brookside Extended Care is a 92 bed ICF/IID facility that is licensed through the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities and receives oversight from the Ohio Department of Health. We are accepting applications for full-time and part-time Direct Support Professionals on 2nd shift (2:30pm - 10:45pm) and 3rd shift (10:30pm - 9:00 am). Duties include, but are not limited to: providing personal care (assisting residents with bathing and toileting), assisting with mealtime and oral care, lifting and following active treatment programs.
