Clinical Assistant Professor - Part-time

Position Summary/Responsibilities: This position of Clinical Assistant Professor is a part-time (80%) faculty position.  This position reports to the Chairman, Department of Comprehensive Dentistry and Biomaterials.  Primary responsibilities will involve clinical teaching of graduate and undergraduate dental students.  Secondary responsibilities include some teaching of pre-clinical students, as well as working directly with patients. The candidate will be working in three locations:  Baton Rouge at the GPR Dental Clinic, in New Orleans at both the LSU School of Dentistry Operative Clinic and the Primary Care Clinic.  The incumbent will be required to work in Baton Rouge 50% of the time and in New Orleans at the School of Dentistry 50% of the time. Minimum Qualifications: Applicants must possess a DDS/DMD degree from an ADA-accredited school (FT) and licensed or eligibility for licensure in Louisiana.
