NOW HIRING PART-TIME MAINTENANCE PROFESSIONAL (20 HRS/WEEK) To help maintain 26 units in a high-rise apartment community for elderly and disabled residents. Experience with building/apartment maintenance, make ready tasks and general cleaning, sensitive and patient with residents, able to work with vendors, follow company policies and procedures. Ensure preventative maintenance tasks are completed per schedule and apartments are rent ready in a timely manner. Complete resident and building maintenance orders as assigned. HVAC experience helpful.
