CSR, M-F, Days, South Phoenix, $15-16/hour
@Work Group is currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join the team of a long-standing service company located in South Phoenix.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with our customer.
Job duties will include the following.
- Communicating with company customers by phone
- Discussing products and services over the phone
- Processing payments
- Scheduling route drivers (deliveries) and technicians (service)
- Providing support for department managers
- Documenting communications, paperwork, etc. / record management
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm
Pay: $15.00-$16.00/hour
Pay Comments: This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with our customer. We desire candidates looking for long-term employment.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a CSR role
- Dispatching experience is a +!
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills with the ability to pick up to new software programs quickly
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn company products and services
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background investigation
