Aerotek is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a transportation company located in North Chesterfield, VA.
This individual will be is integral in the handling of bookings, container traces, departure times and cargo diversions as well as any other customer problem or issue that may arise. They will work cooperatively with sales staff and field offices to resolve customer issues and will also be dealing with shipments going out of the country, internal and external communication involved. The position will also high call and email volume.
Location: North Chesterfield, VA
Shifts: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm OR 11:00am - 8:00pm
Qualifications:
- Previous experience within a non-scripted call center environment
- Experience within the logistics/transportation industry preferred

1. Must have 2-5 years of recent call center experience within a customer service department handling 80+ inbound calls a day
2. Must be able to multi-task, hopping from phone call to Outlook frequently
3. Must have good job tenure within the past 10 years, no more than 4 jobs
