This resource will be brought in to help with Immigration billing and payments. Creating matters and cases in Serengeti for Immigration third party vendors. Maintain monthly spend and visa count reporting.
Great Candidates will:
-Have a basic understanding of charting accounts and accounting
-Previous experience with Accounts payable, receivable
-Invoice processing
-Intermediate excel experience
-Comfortable in a fast paced environment; great communicator
-Cursory knowledge of visa processes
-Ability to deal with ambiguity
Schedule:
-M-F 8-5pm No OT
-Possibility to convert based on performance
Interview:
-45 minute phone screen
