Data Processing Clerk 2

Performs moderately complex key-entry work into a CRT or PC requiring a basic understanding and analysis of data, identification of issues and follow-up. Duties may include: receiving, sorting, batching and/or logging; validating data and making contacts to resolve simple problems; balancing report totals or system generated information. Uses experience and system knowledge to ensure data integrity.

This is a mail room environment. It is production based, and candidates are expected to be prepared to hit their production goals. Dress code is business casual. There may be some OT included, but not expected.

Three shifts available:
Sun - Thurs 10pm - 6:30am
Wed - Sun 10pm - 6:30am
Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm

Must Have Skills:
-3+years of data entry experience (1+ for night shift)
-10,000 KPH Stroke
-Must have 10 key by touch knowledge
-Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
-Lockbox experience preferred.
-High School or GED required
-Lockbox in banking environment preferred
- Preferred to be Dept of Revenue Certified not required. If they are not they will not go perm.

Once permanent the lowest starting pay is 13.50/hr
permanent employees on night shift make an extra 15% differential
