I have a client that is a third party call center in the retail industry located in the North Fort Lauderdale area that is looking to hire MULTIPLE (200 plus) Customer Service Reps starting the week of October 23rd, They also have positions that will be starting daily/ weekly after that up until the middle of November. This is a project for the Holiday season that will go into January with the possibility of permanency. This is the perfect position for someone who is not working and looking to make some extra money for the Holiday season. The position pays anywhere from $10.50-$12.00 per hour, there is the opportunity to make bonus and higher pay based on certain factors like attendance and quality of training. They have multiple shifts available.

Job Description:

  • Candidate will be responsible for up to 75 inbound calls per day.
  • Candidate will be responsible for taking orders and placing them in the system.
  • Will be taking credit card information as well as other personal information.
  • Will have to answer basic questions surrounding products that they will be trained on.
  • In addition to answering phone calls the candidates will be answering questions on internet chat, as well as emails.
  • There will be paid training which lasts anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks depending on the account they are hired for.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to type 20 words per minute. Candidates will be tested.
  • Must be able to communicate professional over the phone and via email.
  • Grammar and spelling are very big for them so must be able to communicate professionally in written form.
  • Must be able to work at least one weekend day.
  • Must have perfect attendance during training.
  • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK BLACK FRIDAY AND CYBER MONDAY.
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check.
