About this job
Our client is looking for an experienced Executive Coordinator. This is a small company seeking a detail-oriented and responsible professional who enjoys a fast paced environment.
This position will be responsible for:
- Coordinating all activities of the President/CEO, including executive and candidates travel arrangements
- The CEO and President only travels about 10% of the time
- Most of the Travel arrangements will be coordinated for prospecting candidates/contractors
- Creating candidate profile packages for presentation to clients
- Strong knowledge with being able to expense and bill the travel costs back to their Fortune 500 clients
- Scheduling, organizing and coordinating meetings and facilities, both internally and externally
- Preparing, drafting and editing narrative and/or other reports
- Preparation of Meeting Minutes, as required
- Answering incoming calls; screening unsolicited callers
- Coordination with client's Financial and Accounting Departments to produce reports, as requested
- Managing personal calendar and assist with personal and financial matters of the CEO as requested
- Entering and maintaining financial data of related party; keeping information up-to-date and producing timely reporting
