The Protection Analyst for the Commercial Insurance division is accountable for protecting the way of life of agency clients. They are responsible for analyzing risks and developing insurance protection programs. They are also responsible for developing relationships and underwriting for profitability. A big part of this job will be to generate sales, referrals and secure testimonials.

Essential Duties and responsibilities involve handling new business inquiries and developing/creating new business opportunities through marketing efforts and presenting options to each client or prospective client for Commercial or Benefits/Financial Service Insurance. Policy types include, but are not limited to business-owners, packages, general liability, workers compensation, auto, farm, builders risk, bonds, life or health insurance.

The Risk Analyst is positioned to be a partner and resource to each client by identifying, understanding and presenting risk analysis to clients, while providing solution options that best fit each clients needs.

A high level of customer service and ethical standard is essential to being a successful candidate in the Risk Analyst position.

Strong computer skills are essential and the ideal candidate will be able to learn and adapt to new computer systems quickly and efficiently.

High ethical standards and the ability to adapt quickly are key qualities that each employee must have.

A Bachelor's Degree is a plus, but not a requirement.

5+ years of customer service experience in Insurance
Commercial Insurance experience
