Electrical Design Engineer

Seeking an Electrical Engineer to assist with design. This position will primarily focus on design for new products and also supporting existing products. The existing products become obsolete and need to be re-designed or updated.

This person will be responsible for PCB design - schematics, board layouts, block design. Ideally this person will help with enclosure design as well. Units are typically smaller than a bread box. The most important aspect of this position is doing the electrical design work.

This person also needs to manage prototyping and testing whatever they design. Assisting the technical writer in developing the proper test procedures.

-Must have PCB design experience
-CAD experience; Inventor and Altium experience a bonus
-Must have designed and developed test controls apparatus
-Must be able to design electrical schematics and diagrams
-Solid time management skills
-Project Management skills would be a plus
-Bachelor's degree is required
-Qualification testing for shock, electro-magnetic impulse testing would be a bonus
-Battery chargers with low voltage power design experience would be a bonus
