About this job
A large company has openings for Seasonal Customer Relations Specialists to join their Customer Service Team! The Customer Service Team assists customers with phone and email orders, answers questions, and processes returns and exchanges. This contract will go through the holiday season until January or potentially February.
Job Duties:
-Handling 80-100+ inbound calls per day answering any questions, issues, discrepancies, orders, changes, follow-up, etc. for the online products
-Handling around 40-50 emails; some follow up and a lot will be for internal usage
-Provides information about products, services, account information, and order-status, takes orders, addresses questions or concerns, and maintains customer profiles
-Resolves service or billing issues by exchanging merchandise, refunding payment and adjusting bills accordingly
-Makes a record of all customer interactions and transactions by recording details of inquiries as well as the action taken to resolve the matter
-Contacts customers in response to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any order adjustments and performs address verification (AVS) as warranted
-Refers unresolved customer issues to designated departments for further investigation
-Confirms that appropriate changes were made to resolve customer concerns
Hours:
8-9 hour shifts between 6AM-9PM Sun-Sat; will have a scheduled shift and can put in preference but need to be flexible and open to at least 1 weekend day per week.
