CNC Machinist

Job Description: Candidates will be working on both CNC Mill and CNC Lathe 3 axis machines. Job duties include:

Working on both Mill and Lathe CNC Machines; Citizen, Mazak, Okuma

Perform CNC Machine set-ups and operate equipment in support of parts requirements

Handle all tool changeovers and adjustments

Run and measure to close and exact tolerances

Run, operate and ensure productivity of CNC Machines

Make quality measurements, check dimensions, analyze date, and make appropriate adjustments to meet part specifications Work Environment: Climate Controlled Manufacturing Environment

Machine shop is very clean and quite. Extremely organized and air conditioned.

Will be working on a team of 5 other machinists on the 2nd shift. Qualifications: The qualified candidate will have the following:

Minimum 3 years of experience working with CNC Machines (Mill or Lathe)

Minimum 3 years of experience performing set ups, as well as tooling adjustments and changeovers as needed

Experience with precision machining

Experience and ability working with tight tolerances

Experience performing quality checks of their own parts regularly

Ability to read/edit programming when necessary; G Code
