Inspector

* Performs first piece and first article inspection.
* Performs AS9102 Inspections
* Inspects completed parts and assemblies. Verifies correctness of documentation to material traceability and routes material to the next operation or rejection material and prepares a rejection report.
* Performs receiving inspection function of critical items
* Performs full inspection of parts dimensions as per drawing
* Uses instruments and gages properly, insures proper care, maintenance and accuracy.
* Reviews drawings and conduct research for guidelines on tolerances as needed
* Assists the QA Supervisor in gage control, ensuring that all inspection equipment is calibrated and in a working condition in a manufacturing setting.
* Adheres to company polices to ensure compliance with ISO and AS9120 standards.

-Military or aerospace experience is required for this position.

-CMM experience is preferred.
