Sales Coordinator

Aerotek's client is targeting a sales coordinator.

The sales coordinator will manage the quotation process for customers through sales managers, vendors, and internal customers (engineering).
They will create quotes for new machines.
This will require an understanding of customer requirements acquired by working with sales managers and customers.
Match customer requests with company capabilities, which includes the determination of vendor capabilities in the process.
Understand that a solution's quote might be for multi-million dollar systems, and that the specifications and pricing can have significant financial and legal ramifications.
Use, maintain, update sales systems pricing and quote log.
Work with vendors, customers, and engineering to identify appropriate 3rd party solutions.
Work with engineering and other departments to gather accurate specifications and cost information.
Answer incoming calls.
Process sales leads.
Participate in department projects.

Qualifications:

Candidates must have experience supporting inside or outside sales reps.

Manufacturing experience is required.

Bachelors degree preferred
