Civil Engineer

We are currently hiring a Civil Engineer to join our growing team in Ames, Iowa. We are looking for a motivated individual with at least 4 years of experience in the field of Civil Engineering and would love to talk with any candidates that could be interested or short on years of experience. Pay ranges with experience but candidates can expect pay to range from $65,000-$85,000 with annual raises and large room for growth in the firm.

Daily responsibilities could include:

Commercial land development projects
Half time working with client in business development and updating with project management
Half time technical review, reviewing design
Proposal writing
Managing and creating scope of work
Assisting team with design
Bidding the design work
Overseeing construction
Walk-throughs with client and contractor
Cutting ribbon and releasing building
