Aerotek is hiring Production Assemblers for direct-hire and temp-to-hire positions in Gunbarrel, CO! Don't have any assembly, production or manufacturing experience? We provide on the job training! Experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply, pay rate is based on experience.
The Assembler is responsible for hands-on assembling of electrical and mechanical sub- and final assemblies while following safe work practices.
Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Required Years Of Experience:
- Minimum of 6 months of related experience preferred

- Understands Quality and the effect it has in a production environment.
- Ability to read and interpret simple assembly bills of material and drawings.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Effective manual dexterity and eye hand coordination.

- Ability to learn operation of assembly equipment.
- Effective organization skills.
- Work overtime as required.
- Ability to submit to pre-employment, post-offer background check and drug screen.
Shifts Available:
- 2nd: 2:50 PM - 11:05 PM (Monday-Friday)
- 3rd shift:10:50pm - 7:05am (Sunday to Thursday)
- 12h nights: 6pm - 6am (various days off)
We are currently offering $1,500 sign-on bonus for 3rd shift and 12h night shift candidates after 90 days of employment!
