Lab Technician

Now hiring Lab Technicians for a Dairy Product Manufacturing company in the Lancaster area.

Shift: 2nd 3p to 11p

Job Description

Perform microbial and other tests on products, SSOP documentation, and facility conditions to ensure product complies with food safety and food quality policies to detect and resolve QA problems.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform tests on products
• Rejects products and equipment not meeting specifications
• Clean, maintain, calibrate equipment
• Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• Associates/Bachelors degree in Biology or related field
• Lab knowledge
