Looking for full-time mechanical assemblers that are looking for a stable position offering competitive benefits and pay!
Job Overview:
The candidate will be responsible for performing rework on optical equipment and working with engineering as to why there are defects in the product. They must document all failures and issues on RMAs.
My client is a nation-wide company with over 3,000 employees. They specialize in the semiconductor, automotive and mechanical engineering industries, biomedical research and medical technology, as well as eyeglass lenses, camera and cine lenses, binoculars and planetariums.
Must haves:
1) 2+ years experience working with product returns
2) Ability to use hand tools and power tools
3) Perform written documentation explaining product defects
Qualifications:
1) Basic knowledge of optics, electronics and mechanics.
2) Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
3) Good administrative/organizational skills and working knowledge of Computers.
4) MS Windows experience preferred.
5) SAP experience preferred.
6) Comfortable working in hands-on environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 to $23.00 /hour
