Job description:

This is an inbound call center where members are calling with pharmacy benefits questions and concerns regarding their insurance.

Responsibilities:

  • Candidate is to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
  • Resolve customers service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Responsible for determining the clients issue, offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed.

Qualifications:

Healthcare experience is must

High school diploma or GED completed

1 year of recent call center experience

Typing skills!

Strong listening and communication skills
