Job Description:
- Representatives will be assisting customers with a variety of calls.
- Facilitate proactive, positive relationships with customers in order to maintain loyalty.
- High inbound billing call volume. Must have a great attitude and be able to handle stressful conversations.
Work Environment:
- May be required to work overtime and weekends/holidays
- May be required to work non-standard work schedules to include oncall and call-outs
- Long periods of sitting at a work station using a computer, multi-line phone system, monitor and keyboard
- May spend extended periods of time speaking and listening to customers; must speak clearly
- May work in an open office environment with normal levels of noise
- Work hours that will be a shift that falls between 8 AM and 5:15 PM
Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual with English and Spanish
- 2+ years' recent customer service experience
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
