About this job

Job Description:

  • Representatives will be assisting customers with a variety of calls.
  • Facilitate proactive, positive relationships with customers in order to maintain loyalty.
  • High inbound billing call volume. Must have a great attitude and be able to handle stressful conversations.

Work Environment:

  • May be required to work overtime and weekends/holidays
  • May be required to work non-standard work schedules to include oncall and call-outs
  • Long periods of sitting at a work station using a computer, multi-line phone system, monitor and keyboard
  • May spend extended periods of time speaking and listening to customers; must speak clearly
  • May work in an open office environment with normal levels of noise
  • Work hours that will be a shift that falls between 8 AM and 5:15 PM

Qualifications:

  • Must be bilingual with English and Spanish
  • 2+ years' recent customer service experience
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
