A well established Exhibit Design and Construction facility is seeking skilled individuals to join their growing team in the product construction division.
Position Overview:
Our client is looking for experienced carpenters with experience in woodworking and finish work, ideally in the exhibit or cabinet making industry. Experience working with laminates is preferred.
The ideal candidate will have experience reading blueprints or other design documents and from those documents be able to fabricate all aspects of project from start to finish. Utilize creative problem solving to find the best approach to the fabrication of each project.
Qualifications;
- Ability to read engineer drawings
- Woodworking fabrication- MDF, Bendable Plywood etc
- Painting and Laminate finishing for cabinets
This is a contract opportunity with a company that is looking for individuals long term that will create detailed and elaborate sets to be used on TV programs and Networks as well as trade show exhibits. Currently they have multiple positions open and interviews can be set up immediately.
