Our well known client in the Hillsboro area is looking to add a Marketing Project Manager to their team.

Description:

Reporting to the Director of Brand Management, the Rebrand Project Manager will provide day-to-day project leadership of a cross-functional rebrand implementation team. (S)he will be accountable for removing obstacles for the team, managing scope and making sure that the team remains in rhythm. The candidate will work with the project owner to negotiate resource needs with functional managers / vertical heads throughout the company and ensure that the stakeholders and project community are kept informed of the project's status and progress. (S)he will be accountable for coordinating internal and external teams, driving best practices and executing time-sensitive, critical tasks across multiple sites, departments and jurisdictions. (S)he will ensure schedules are developed and updated regularly, will escalate issues and prepare change requests as needed, and identify and manage project risks.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Work with the Brand and Marketing teams to establish ROI metrics and measure success against those metrics

2. Align the project stakeholders, communicate the project's vision, and ensure the training of internal staff so that employees are knowledgeable and passionate about the new branding

3. Develop and maintain the rebrand budget, manage project resource allocation, and be accountable for ensuring the rebrand project is delivered on time and within budget     

4. Track project deliverables using appropriate tools, and constantly monitor and present reports on project progress, quality assurance, problems and solutions to all stakeholders.

5. Lead the planning and implementation of the project -- defining project tasks, resource requirements, and transition strategies for every branded asset -- coordinating the involvement of marketing, operations, site development and other functional areas across the organization.

Qualifications:

1. At least 3 years of broad applied project management, preferably in managing branding implementation projects and cross-functional teams.

2. Impeccable inter-personal skills; strong relationship management, project management, and collaboration skills

3. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships to support both leadership and company team members in the field; to use discretion make sound decisions, and to offer strategic input to complex business problems

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience facilitating meetings to obtain business requirements, functional specifications, and to achieve objectives    

5. Ability to work independently, under pressure, and with minimal guidance, maintaining composure and professionalism in an interrupt-driven environment
