Customer Service Rep - Full-time / Part-time

Hiring patient schedulers in a healthcare environment

5 openings!- $13/ hour

Duties:

• Take incoming phone calls and field a variety of calls and route the callers to the appropriate destination
• Schedule patient appointments for over 100 physicians
• Answer questions about healthcare options and treatment plans offered

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of call center and customer service
• Ability to navigate multiple databases
• Healthcare experience with patient scheduling and an EMR tool is a plus
• Experience using switchboard or PBX, preferred
• Attention to detail
