Accounting/Lease Analyst - Full-time / Part-time

Top 3 must haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Minimum 1 year experience in Accounting


- Reading and analyzing lease agreements
- Data entry (rent data, payments, revenues, etc)
- Analysis of rent variance and rent payment processing
- Reviewing CAM (Common Areal Maintenance) costs and real estate tax invoices
- Reviewing annual financial reconciliation statements to ensure accuracy and lease compliance
- Perform rent variance analysis and rent payment processing to ensure accuracy and lease compliance
- Track and maintain critical lease dates
- Perform relationship management duties (resolution of rent and other landlord / tenant issues via email and phone.
