Engineering Manager Needed - Full-time / Part-time

- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years experience working with and designing involving hydraulics, pneumatics, fluid power systems, large equipment, or Ag machinery.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.
- Knowledgeable in business systems in manufacturing.
- Experience working with manufacturing process and standards in the US and international standards.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to drive for results
- Strong business communications skills with the ability to work in a team-based setting.
- Strong analytic skills.
- Strong Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet).
- Strong Computer skills with ProE, and CAD software
