Electronic Technician

Seeking to hire two electronics technicians for an avionics company.

Top Three Skills:

soldering, assembly, printed circuit boards, testing

Job Description:

The employee is soldering on printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies. There will be some cable soldering. They must be able to read blueprints and schematics. They are responsible for in process and final assembly. The employee is required to solder to IPC 610 and J Standard 001 standards every time.

Work Environment:

Avionics company that manufactures image processing computers and radio frequency boxes and transponders for satellites and space missions. The company has an attitude that no one is above any job and they are very collaborative.

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of soldering and electronic assembly experience is required
• Previous certification in IPC 610 or J Standard 001
• Testing experience preferred

Performance Expectations:

Solder to company's quality specifications 100% of the time
