Research Scientist - Full-time / Part-time

Position: Research Associate

Responsibilities:

• Perform protein expression and purification and cloning (Purification and expression being more important) SDS-Page, gel electrophoresis
• Perform different cell based assays and assay development
• Daily perform research on the ubiquitin proteasome pathway

Must Haves:

• B.S or M.S in a Scientific field
• 0-2 years of lab experience- (preferably academic or research)
• Assays, Assay development, SDS-Page, gel electrophoresis, protein extraction, protein expression, ELISA
