Looking for a Maintenance Technician for a company in Frankfort, IN!
Pay: $23/hour
Shift: 2nd and 3rd shift openings
Maintenance techs will be responsible for troubleshooting any issues with production equipment. Most issues that they will be working on a daily basis will be CNC machines. They run 60 lines that have between 2-5 machines per line. They will be responsible for 1st line repair only and techs do not do PMs currently. They run Okuma and Mori Seiki machines. Most issues that come up will be with 24v sensors, checking and adjusting, and sometimes replacing. The CNC machines are ran from Servo motors and techs will be troubleshooting, repairing and/or replacing. Other issues that come up could be working on pumps that move coolants through the CNC machines or into pneumatic charging cylinders. This position will not require any PMs. These are done by the operators
Must haves- 1 plus years of working experience
1.) Troubleshooting machines- Mechanical experience (example: troubleshooting 24v sensors, and pneumatic or hydraulic experience, working in manufacturing facility.)
2.) Electrical experience- Understanding how to ready print or schematic- (example- wiring assembly or any electrical troubleshooting)
3.) Troubleshooting 3 phase motors
4.) Fluid pumps- Repair or replacing coolant pumps for machines.
