Assistant Project Manager

Project Manager on multiple projects with budget analysis, scheduling, contract negotiation, plan reviews, materials, cost management, estimating and idea generation. No medical monitoring or certifications required. Hard hat safety vest and glasses required.

Work environment will primarily be office based with occasional site visits to the construction/project sites

1-3 years of experience or graduates with Construction Management degree.

Preferred experience with building envelopes or in-depth knowledge.

Looking for eagerness to learn, ability to learn from mistakes, reliable effort, and an overall caring about the job; generate ideas and comfortable receiving and giving open-minded feedback.
