This role is currently open due to expanded scope within the Creative Studio to fulfill test and innovation projects.

What does a typical work day entail? What are the daily tasks/responsibilities/deliverables?
Supporting the lead Producer in day to day fulfillment of digital and printed marketing materials for Retail stores. Working directly with creative teams, print production and legal teams to ensure content accuracy. Manages detailed timelines and project tracker to ensure work is hitting critical deadlines.

Experience working in the advertising and/or retail marketing sector.

This team is part of the Creative studio, producer team, mainly a group of project managers who fulfill work on in-store promotions. This person will be a producer specialist, responsible for supporting the producer in executing promotions in the stores. They will be dealing with anything from Print to digital, someone with agency experience or experience working with a creative team will succeed. Strong project management skills is very beneficial. Ability to track multiple deliverables, support working with multiple projects, routing projects through a system of approvals. Working directly with print production teams to finalize files, digital is also responsibility of the role, strong organizational skills, etc.
