About this job
Assist the team by performing heavy data entry, classifying and indexing documents in to company document management system and updating/correcting customer information.
-Will be focused on classifying and saving incoming documents from patients and doctors offices
-will need to identify what the document is and file it within the correct place. Utilizing Salesforce and Internal Filing System
-must be able to working within multiple computer systems at once and have strong attention to detail
-will be trained on computer software and identifying the different types of documentation
-all documents are electronic and will be reviewed through email or scanned from faxes. Must be comfortable utilizing computer skills, outlook, MS office
