JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position will support the complaint handling process and processes complaints with a focus on Intake, Med Device Reporting, and Vigilance Reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Biology, Health Sciences, Engineering, Nursing, or Law
- 2-3 years experience in Product Complaint Handling in a med device environment
- 2-3 years experience Med Device Reporting (MDR)
- Regulatory, FDA, and ISO knowledge
- Good communication skills/ phone skills
