Financial Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Financial Company in Nashville and Franklin!

Client Services Specialist Job Description:

• Operations Client Services Specialist is a representative in the Client Services team supporting internal and/or external Wealth Management Americas clients in the areas of Client Support, Branch Support, Product Support and/or Key Segments.
• Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, challenging processes and procedures, and providing ideas and suggestions to improve the client experience.

Other responsibilities include:

• Independently interact with our clients to provide timely and complete resolution to inquiries/requests within established time frames.
• Educate clients on processes and procedures Navigates through various internal administrative systems
• Analyze trends, identify root cause and propose solutions

Requirements:

• 1+ years financial institutional experience
• 1+ years call customer service related experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant experience preferred

Pay and Hours:

• $16/hr.
• M-F 1st shift
