About this job
Contractors will be following up with all Medicare claims for a new client. Follow up will include next step as it relates to billing and working on the DDE Medicare platform to file appeals, responding to ADR (letter to Medicare), remittances, ect. They will be responding to the insurance companies on the client's behalf. Ultimately they need to do the research in order to understand why the claim/bill has been denied or underpaid.
